Theodora is joined by Elizabeth Watson who is a certified mindset and manifestation coach as well as an intuitive, empathic reader. A wife and mother of three, she has been following a path as a solitary eclectic pagan since the 1990s. Her intention-based practice always held many parallels to mindset techniques.
When her third child was born, her intuition unlocked on a much deeper level. Following the messages from her guides to answer her calling, she has combined her passion for mindset, 'whole-self' healthy life balance, and intuition into her BETwixt method.
This is the same process she has used to lose over 100lbs, emerge from a severe clinical depression without medication or therapy, and pursue a career that is her passion. Now she works others use their mindset to manifest the life of their dreams!
